Contract Documentation
We provide detailed contract documentation. These plans/documentation will comply with the rules and regulations of your respective local councils or government bodies and will enable your company to produce scheduling, quantity take-offs and be used as construction drawings.

Execution
Our architectural and construction drawings are produced using BIM. Clients relay their building design through detailed sketches and set-out plans, either in hard copy or soft copy. Leveraging on BIM and its 3D capabilities accurate plans, elevations, sections and details can be generated from the 3D model.

By utilizing BIM, our team of architecturally-trained designers will create the ‘virtual building’ or 3D model. During the course of creating this ‘virtual building’, problems pertaining to construction due to various discrepancies in the sketches or plans may surface or will be highlighted, thus enabling us to alert the client, and a possible solution proposed even before the documentation process is complete.

Drawing Delivery
We have developed a web-based portal for data exchange to suit your specific needs. Secure, efficient and convenient, our portal enables you to exchange immense loads of data, regardless of your location.
